This release is inspired by The Black Farm, a brutally bleak novel by Elias Witherow.
Temple of the Pig captures the dread of the unfortunate souls who end their lives and crash down to the Black Farm. This purgatory holds endless horrors, from human-swine mutants, to a sacrificial cult, to a giant pig who is also a god.
Guitars, synths, field recordings, and vocal samples intertwine in a nightmarish drone/dark ambient journey.
