Milieu

Milieu is a bearded wizard, synaesthetist and polymath from Mars whose ship crashed on the Atlantic seaboard in 1983. Since then, he's embarked on an elaborate campaign to contact his home planet through thousands of public audio transmissions, which have been cleverly disguised as albums of electronic music, designed to engender trust in the humans he has been living with for decades. He currently broadcasts erogenous vibrations and psychedelic visions from a bunker in a windy Ohio valley, blanketing the Earth slowly in a dopamine haze that is closer to the alien atmosphere he originated from.
