Four brand new tracks of Ashenheart material - Tales From Eternal Dusk. April 18, 2025 via Fiadh Produtions.
Stepping away from the world of Elden Ring, Alex contributes the lyrics to this chapter of the Ashenheart story, with original tales of dark fantasy, heard through Loach's singular shrieks.
Amanda presents her heaviest, most aggressive songwriting to date, with a display of riffs that further enforce why Ashenheart is a black/death band, and not solely a black metal band.
Steve makes his full debut, using an enchanting multi-weapon attack to add new facets to the Ashenheart sound.

03/20/202510/10 !! "The melody in combination with the harsh guitar riffs are really enjoyable to listen to, and the guitar solo from near the song’s end is absolutely amazing with its fastness and the vocals fused."

03/26/2025"Every musical project has its influences, and of course so does Ashenheart, but they also very much have their own identity, and part of that identity is that they're not afraid to employ a crisp, modern production with a smidge of gothic embellishment on top."

Invisible Oranges
04/18/2025"What’s more obvious, on a sonic level at least, is that this is their first release with Steve Wiener, who put out the marvelous Spectrum earlier this year. With him, Ashenheart have adopted a more gothic timbre in a similar vein to early 2000’s Cradle of Filth. It’s extreme metal that doesn’t bludgeon or pervert."
Metal Eclipse Reviews
03/09/2025"It’s Medieval fantasy Black Metal, which could easily sound like just another half-raw Black Metal album. What really makes it stand out, though, is the use of cemetery-like synths. It ends up feeling like the soundtrack to a creepy video game."
Metal Noise
04/16/20258/10 - "a collection that troubles the faint of heart and weak of mind while being an evolutionary step from what came before it."
Noise Delays Recovery
03/22/2025"Ashenheart have tightened their sound and sharpened their approach, delivering an EP that feels both raw and refined. The underground aesthetic remains, but there’s a confidence here that suggests the band is only getting started. For fans of the genre, this is one to keep an eye on when it drops in April."
Occult Black Metal Zine
03/08/20258/10: "On this recording Ashenheart expands on their atmospheric style of black metal by adding in more death metal and symphonic touches to create something different from their previous release. The production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover dark fantasy themes."
