What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The information we collect through the website falls into three categories:
  • Information you voluntarily provide to AMPWALL INC. on the website (i.e. contact forms). Specifically, but not limited to, we will collect, store, and utilize:
    * First and last Name
    * Address, phone number, email
    * Contact Information
  • Information gathered via automated means as you navigate through the website.
  • Information you provide if a chat is initiated within our website chat function.

Comments

When visitors leave messages on the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If a chat is initiated with a member on our team, we collect the user’s name and email address. For general inquiries and questions, the information we collect is that of which the user provides (i.e. name, email address, phone number, context of message). We also collect case studies and testimonials from clients that are stored within our website, which can be viewed by the general public, unless stored otherwise.

User provided or created content

Acceptable use of AMPWALL INC requires users to conduct themselves respectfully, and to not post any media or messages that are harassing or threatening, or endorse or suggest illegal behavior, outside of lyrics, music, and imagery strictly created for an artistic purpose. All user provided or created content must be solely the property of the user, or properly licensed by user, and by utilizing AMPWALL INC’s services, you swear and attest that you are legally permitted to upload and monetize this media. You will have control over the price at which your media is sold, however AMPWALL INC reserves the right to charge additional fees such as taxes and other costs necessary to complete the transaction or run the platform. By utilizing AMPWALL INC’s platform, you are permitting promotional, non monetized use of your media by AMPWALL INC, as they see fit, within reasonable business judgment. Either party may revoke your ability to use the AMPWALL INC platform, at any time, for any reason.
Users may not run any software, websites, or applications that shall create problems with usage of AMPWALL INC’s website and interface by either AMPWALL INC staff or other users of the site.

Prohibited content

Adult Content

In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all users, Ampwall strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, or dissemination of adult content. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "adult content" is defined as any material that is sexually explicit or pornographic, including but not limited to:
  • Images, videos, or animations that depict nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit material.
  • Textual content that is intended to be sexually gratifying or that explicitly describes sexual acts.
  • Content that promotes adult services, including but not limited to, prostitution, escorts, erotic massages, and similar services.
  • Materials that are considered obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or pornographic.
  • Any other content that Ampwall determines, in its sole discretion, to be of a sexually explicit nature or inappropriate for our community.
Ampwall reserves the right to remove any content that violates our Prohibited Content Policy without notice. Further, users who repeatedly violate this policy may face suspension or termination of their account. We rely on our community to help maintain the standards we set and encourage users to report any instances of adult content through our reporting tools. Ampwall is committed to reviewing reported content and taking appropriate action in a timely manner. Please note that this policy is part of our broader effort to create a safe and legal platform for users of all ages. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Location date for media

If you upload images, music, or video to the website, you should avoid uploading media with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We are not responsible for any third-party use of images or information derived from said images that visitors to our website may post.

Contact forms

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to AMPWALL INC. when expressing an interest in obtaining information about AMPWALL INC. or our services, when participating in activities on the website, or otherwise contacting AMPWALL INC. directly. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with AMPWALL INC. and the website, the choices you make and the services you use. All personal information that you provide to AMPWALL INC. must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify AMPWALL INC. of any changes to such personal information if it affects the relationship and/or service between AMPWALL INC. and you. The personal information we collect can include; First and last name, email address, phone number (if provided) and other similar contact data.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our website you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from third party websites

Articles on this website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Web beacons

Pages on our site may contain “web beacons” (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). These web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the type of browser used to view the page, and the information in cookies set by the third party. We use log files to store the data that is collected through web beacons. AMPWALL INC. May also use third party web beacons to help manage online advertising.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

How long it is appropriate to retain your data will depend on the type of data and the intended use of the data. In general, we retain information for no less than seven (7) years to comply with local tax reporting and employment regulations and good business practice. Our legal department may direct that information be retained for a longer period in the event of a litigation hold or as deemed necessary to protect the interests of AMPWALL INC. or as otherwise required by law. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that sign up for newsletters, input information into contact forms, or initiate a chat within our website’s chat function, we store the personal information they provide. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to AMPWALL INC. This website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the website. Report a violation

How we handle violations

If we receive a report of a content violation, our staff will research the violation and determine an appropriate action. Actions might be any one of:
  • No further action necessary
  • A discussion and warning with the account-holder
  • Removal of offending content
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of the account
We will always attempt to contact the account-holder prior to taking action. We will follow up with the reporter when possible and appropriate.

How we handle disputes and claims related to merchandise orders

Merchandise fulfillment is the obligation of the seller who listed the item and received payment. Refund policies are determined by individual sellers. If you have problems with your order, you should first contact the seller using the contact information provided in your order confirmation email.

When a dispute or claim is submitted, we will research the issue and proceed accordingly. This will involve looking at the specifics of the order, possibly escalating to speaking with the seller, and advising from there.
