We have been doing a big push on @Eveale social media over the last few days and it seems to be effective, as copies are moving quite quickly this week.

We expect that these will sell out before too long. (When I began typing this post, there were eleven (11) copies remaining— before I could finish typing, the number changed to ten (10)!)
