Not being fond of multitrack music-making, preferring to do it all in one take then chop up and edit, I was persuaded by a friend to give it a try via Cubase. I had in the past made two or three things using other such DAWs but found the whole procedure counter-intuitive and stultifying. Nevertheless, I agreed to give Cubase a go, on the understanding that in order to have fun and keep me engaged, I would adopt a 'paint throwing' technique and take it from there. Thus was birthed Jellyfish.
