Ephemeral Maps sonically extends the explorations of my previous release for Healing Sound Propagandist, Dreams In Digital Dust.

Thematically, it draws inspiration from J.G. Ballard’s novel, "The Drowned World" (1962). The novel's portrayal of intense heat and evolving underwater landscapes naturally complements the atmospheric, textured, and slowly morphing soundscapes that define Ephemeral Maps.

Demoulin crafts a temporal experience that resists the relentless forward march of conventional musical narratives.

A beautifully fitting follow-up to Dreams In Digital Dust
