“Pelican Poseur” is a single that will be part of a bigger release in 2026. When the inspiration struck, the writing process was a very unhinged and freeing experience, and personally too fun not to share asap!
The second verse makes a reference to ” Blue” the Pacific Brown Pelican, who in 2024 was found gravely disabled, unable to feed, with a slashed open pouch on the Southern California coast. 500+ stitches and several weeks later, International Bird Rescue at San Pedro was able to release Blue back into the wild with a full recovery.
