The culmination of a month long, five show tour in 2024. During each show, I screened the 1922 masterpiece, Nosferatu, and provided a live and improvised score.
The shows were across Northern, BC (and one across the world) -
October 5th - Smithers, BC
October 12th - Prince George, BC
October 25th - Hazelton, BC
October 31st - Twitch.tv
November 2nd - Terrace, BC
This finished product contains pieces from each show, sometimes layered on top of each other, to create a full soundtrack to this excellent film.
A couple of notes to folks who are syncing this up with their own copy of the film:
Skip the first track and start with "credits" - the version of the film that I screened contained an introduction with some of the history of Nosferatu's production.
The version that I used is 01:34:13 - this is relevant because there are shorter versions out there. This is a public domain film, and so distribution gets kind of loosey goosey.
