WRAITH OF THE NORTHERN PINES is a spiritual extension of SPECTRAL FIRS. The music is lo-fi, mostly improvised nature synth inspired by the landscapes of North Idaho, specifically the Selkirk Mountains / Priest Lake area. Each track flows naturally from the moment, shaped by the environment and the improvisational process, capturing a stream of consciousness from start to finish.

Mastered onto a Panasonic MC-60 microcassette using a Realistic Micro-27, one of the same recorders featured in Twin Peaks.
