Enlichenment

After the long journey, a shifting amalgam of color washes over you. You begin to see things as they truly are - you have become part of the fungal entanglement of algae, the cycle of growth and decay, and the reclaiming of life from death. You know the way. You know what you must do and you are at peace. You put one foot in front of the other along the path and the forest enfolds you - the symbiotic birthing of foliose structures.
