Artwork can now be announced to your followers

While working on another, larger feature we realized that artworks did not have the ability to be announced to your mailing list! Now once you mark an artwork as visible you’ll see a new button appear to send an announcement, just like for albums, merch, or posts.

As part of this we also improved our email sending code, which should be completely invisible to users. It just makes things easier for us going forward. More on that bigger feature later (hopefully).
