So, back in early 2024, I set out to create an album as quickly as possible. Well, that didn't exactly happen, so instead, I dropped an EP on May 4th, 2024, exclusive to Bandcamp and SoundCloud. But this little detour led to the creation of my folk/stoner-rock side project, "The Mackenzie Dynamic." The name came to me randomly, inspired by a character from Bluey—and I just went with it.

The EP’s a mix of stoner-rock, blues, jazz, folk, and a bit of metal for fun. After sharing it on GetMusic.FM, a site for Bandcamp download codes, it caught the attention of some listeners on Bandcamp.

A year later, I still love this EP. It wasn’t about perfection, just a fun project. My brother even helped out by producing tracks 2 and 6. To celebrate the first anniversary, I’m releasing a special edition with unreleased tracks, demos, alternative mixes, and remixes. This includes my original mix of "M'laire"—which almost made the EP, before Ewan suggested I dial back some extra instruments and elements that were making it sound a bit off.

Here’s the twist: this anniversary edition won’t be on Bandcamp or SoundCloud. Nope, it’s only going to be on Ampwall for now. Ampwall’s like Bandcamp’s cooler, more laid-back cousin who’s not so stressed out about everything. Streaming services might get it later, but for now, Ampwall’s the place.

Tracks 1-6 is the Original EP
Tracks 7-18 are the Demos & Outtakes
Tracks 19-25 are the Alternative Mixes and Remixes
