objet-a is an indipendent label created by the Italian sax player and composer Gianni Gebbia producing artists with original concepts dealing with improvisation, composition in the field of experimentation in jazz and many other musical forms. objet-a is a lacanian term indicating something difficult to be defined that causes desire and pleausure.

objet-a has also created a series called New Mediterranean electronics dedicated to artists living in the South of Europe.
