Everybody Wants To Be A Cat (Cover)

Between releases I sometimes get to record single songs, interpretations or originals. These tunes and renditions were created during 2026.

1. “Accen-chu-ate The Positive” - a classic jazz standard I always loved. Complete with doowap and choir.

2. “Madman Blues” - an original track about how it is to have a mental condition.

3. “Black Sheep, Rotten Son” - an original tune that didn’t make it onto the Detective Stories albums. Tells the story about a fugitive running away from the mob.

4. “Isn’t She Lovely” - a bass and vocal cover adapted to appreciate my newfound love for my double bass after considering selling it in a crazy moment and getting a shitstorm for that thought, luckily I have to say.

5. “Everybody Wants To Be A Cat” - a cover of the classic song from the animated Aristocats movie, but with a dark twist.
