In the sewer under the local Presbyterian church lives the Cellar Feller: a lumpy, strange creature who found a sampler and an old Casio in a storm drain. By day he scuttles around the pipes and tunnels hoarding trash for his lair. By night he makes the sickest crypt hop beats to entertain the rats, possums and one very confused city sewer inspector. When the manhole is rattling, the beats are battling. Come on down to the cellar, feller.
