This album deals with perceptions and reactions to these perceptions, and is therefore introspective and very subjective, which is why I do without fellow musicians.

I use techniques that were already used in very old music: Counterpoint, modality, Polyphony. But also newer techniques such as polyrhythms, fourth chords, fifth chords, riffs, patterns and improvisation.

The style is again somewhere between prog and fusion with spherical elements.

In tracks 1 and 7 I quote a short sentence from the Jewish original of the 2nd book of Kings, cat. 3, in ancient Hebrew. Specifically, verse 15b: "While the musician played, the hand of the LORD came upon him."

About the titles of the tracks:

"Pareidolia": there is an interesting phenomenon called "Pareidolia", our brain tends to complete unknown and foreign impressions and "transforms" them into familiar ones.

"Figurative", pictorial or symbolic. My perception works in sounds, images, symbols.

"Visions", from the Latin "visio", appearance, sight. Here in the sense of a Christian supernatural perception of images.

"Camouflaging" is a technique used by autistic people to be perceived as neurotypical.

"Hesychasm", a form of spirituality developed in the Middle Ages by Orthodox Byzantine monks, and which can be traced back to practices from late antiquity. I use it as a reaction to certain perceptions.

"Exteroception", means External perception.

"Onomatopoeic", also onomatopoetic.
