This record is a collection of recordings which each represent a way I attempt to reconcile the terror of existence that I have felt since before my earliest recollections of this incarnation. The first of these ways is through connecting with my Agathodaemon or Guardian Angel. The second of these ways is through acknowledging and showing all of my demons they are allowed to return to light, such that in turn I might die more easily to my material history. The third of these ways is by recognizing true evil is all agnosis which leads to reincarnation. The fourth of these ways is through contemplation of the ground of phenomena and its open luminosity. Each of these ways are glimpsed and elevated on this record through spoken-word samples I have borrowed from teachers who I hold in the highest esteem; I would be a much more frightened and miserable man without these wisdom-lanterns in my life. The images I have selected for the covers of this album are attempts at depicting two recurring dreams I had from ages 2-4. These two dreams filled both my body and mind with extreme terror. Looking back, I can interpret these as having represented my fall or becoming into material existence. The terror I felt was that of being cut off from my true Self. My aim is for this record to simultaneously be the most personal and universal statement I have made to date.
