When Did You See Her Last?
Cold in Berlin
When did you see her last Was she holding that photograph Was she dressed head to toe in white Those red rings around her eyes Did she tell you that she hated you Did you know it was the last time Did you know it was the last time I can't control this pain It's getting louder day by day It's raging round my rib cage I'll never let her leave me again When did you see her last Was she standing in line for the ticket Was she dressed head to toe in black With those dark lines around her eyes Did she tell you that she hated you Those flowers in her left hand Those flowers in her left hand I can't control this pain It's getting louder day by day It's raging round my rib cage I'll never let her leave me again

'The Body is the Wound' EP is the first new material from the band since the lauded 2019 album Rituals of Surrender.

While Rituals ‘crushing doom laden riffs… assaulted the speakers with its steady pulse of noise’ (Narc magazine), this new collection of songs feature a more diverse set of audio weaponry, firing crunchy synthesiser stabs at razor-sharp guitar riffs to create a hypnotic and inventive vehicle with which to carry vocalist Maya’s gothic poetry.

The lyrical themes dance around sex, murder, suicide and broken dreams, brought together in loose storytelling that allows listeners to add their own experiences and bring personal meaning.
