We wake each day in a state of cognitive fusion. Our thoughts are so bound to our behaviors and perceptions that we lose sight of our true selves.
There comes a time where we need to unravel.
On the heels of anxiety attack, I streamed this ambient improv on Wednesday January 19, 2022. After cleansing the air with sage, I set the intention to separate myself from the intrusive thoughts that have haunted me and provide a safe space of ambient music for listeners to be at peace in.
So please set your own intention, put on headphones, turn off the lights, light a candle, and immerse yourself in the waves.
