'Loss' is the third Disentry release in just over a year and their second full-length.
Reflecting on what mastermind Duncan Wilkins describes as "the worst year of his life", 'Loss' sees Disentry shifting their lyrical viewpoint from such tried & tested D-Beat standards of war, nuclear technology and other global horrors to something more personal yet still doused in anger and self-hatred.
Lumbering, heavyweight sludge passages jostle for space amongst the frenzied crust core hardcore chaos, with the record at times owing as much to Warning as it does to Wolfbrigade.
"If this is the beginning of the rest of my life, its shit, I hate it, please end it tonight."
