Vile Oppression
EMBLAZONED
Intrusive thoughts devour normality
My former self Intrinsically decays
Passerby’s unaware
The cries of my past warn me of my future
I find difficulty in holding on
Every step I take drawers me nearer to the end
Like a tidal wave, a natural disaster
Perpetuated by society’s failures
I have given my all to the greater good
Though evil has sunk its teeth into my soul
I’m letting go
Pieces of me are falling
shedding my persona
Over the edge, to the brink of insanity
Astral rigor, he once was
But now I am
I slither into place
His skin continues to crawl
I am cancer
They still see his face
I’m now in control
He is forever gone
I roam this existence
feeding on purity
Human life, pawns
Intrusive thoughts devour normality
My former self Intrinsically decays
Passerby’s unaware
The cries of my past warn me of my future
