Armillaria ostoyae

The field notes of mycologist, mage, and chef Perva Ophirn have been long sought, and once found it immediately apparent that they were not to be understood by any but her. This represents an attempt to communicate the information contained within. It has been said that this comes the closest of any who have tried to pass on Ophirn's work. As best can be told, the work speaks to experiments in both necromancy and general cooking. A strange combination with some truly ghastly implications.
