The true Finnish folk metal, epic kantele metal!
This album is inspired with Väinämöinen, a Finnic demigod and central character in Finnish and Karelian folklore. The lyrics are also concentrated around self reflection, human feelings and becoming a bigger person in hard times, with a slight shade of an occult.
All lyrics are written in traditional Finnic Kalevala meter, a four trochaic tetrameter. They are written in standard Finnish except the song KULTAPYÄRÄ, which is based on traditional Western Finnish folk poetry and uses Western Finnish dialect.
