In the Black Winds the Stars Shall Die
Lammoth
The Withywindle winds Her song sings Farewell, make haste, they ride Their hearts heavy Misty, pale golden light In the dark trees Bones, Come forth I wait For you Far beyond the hills The mounds rise Like jagged teeth were stones Monolithic cries Angmar, O great one I haunt for you Fog, rolling up the sky Of black standing stone Like ice, slowly closing in A white sea Alone, calling again Where are you? Cold Breath Of Ice A dark figure standing tall Like a shadow against the stars Cold be hand and heart and bone A frozen icy daze In the black wind the stars shall die

Driven by an embracing of nostalgia, a love of Tolkien, and childhood memories of ‘90s video games, Aetherfrost Caverns by Gonemage and Lammoth delivers a truly distinctive take on symphonic black metal. Releasing October 17th through Fiadh Productions, it’s a party of two similar musical visions of fantasy and RPG themes meeting metal and electronic synthesis, but with distinctly different approaches. Consider it a side quest to the journey that is Gonemage’s Coldest Keep in Bitter Heavens.
