he ever changing MITOCHONDRIAL SUN project returns with a six-track EP entitled "Bodies and Gold". Musically speaking, the material falls somewhere in between the contemplative and moody debut album and the intense "Sju Pulsarer" follow up.
The songs - from the cinematic and slow moving opener "Sic Transit Anima Mundi" to the industrial full-throttle closing track "Velocities" - differs a lot from each other in style but share the same vibe, which is dystopian and cold, yet organic and - occassionally -hopeful.
As part of the LTD100 series from Argonauta Records, a limited one-time pressing of 100 hand numbered vinyl copies was made (which instantly sold out).
