In the immediate wake of the most emotionally traumatic episode of his life, Adoration (MT003) was written and recorded in mid-2024. The result is a near-forty-minute vortex of loss, trauma, grief, and depression — the sound of a human laid bare and screaming for help, as a tsunami of violent, lurching rhythms battles for audial space amidst a growing quicksand of formless, harsh noise passages.

The recording concludes with a 12-minute plummet into the depths, fusing power electronics, techno, black metal, and obscenely downtuned doom within a single track — falling apart as the narrator unravels, pleading for answers that may never come.

This hurts so much.

Conceptualised, written and recorded by Duncan Wilkins in the wake of losing the one true inspiration and love of his life, May-July 2024.

There is no hate or anger in this heart for anyone but I, with only love for others.

I miss you.
