Blood stained altar cold hearts signs of the end blade rips though your body excruciating sin No hope in the valley and they feed on your punishment Now your thrown into the pit oh how easily we all forget no good deed will let you in You will succumb to the fathers grip I see my life before my eyes and hate the person I’ve become one more chance don’t let me die and I’ll let your will be done Out of the ashes with one final gasp watch the enemy surround me but I’m not finished yet Fight Or Die Blood stained altar cold hearts signs of the end blade rips though their body With sword and hate I take my final stand

A title inspired by the poem “Tomino’s Hell“ by the Japanese children’s poet Saijou Yaso in 1919. Some believe the poem to be a curse if read out loud. Others believe the poem to be a metaphor for the horrors of war. Jigoku strives to invoke all of those feelings and beliefs from the opening scream to the last note.
