Secunda is the sonic interpretation of the mystic, scholar, and mage known as Dissolvi’s scholarly works. Dissolvi, a Breton living in the late fourth Era, follows the trail of lost heroes and saviors of Tamriel. He opposes the oppressors who have distorted and buried the knowledge and lore by empires and tyrants. Magick cannot be contained or tamed by empires. Empires fall. Magick lives on.
