he project's moniker comes from an obsolete taxonomic group, Thecodontia (meaning "socket-teeth", pron. "Teh-co-don-tee-ah"), used to describe an order of archosaurian reptiles that lived from the Permian until the Triassic. They resembled crocodiles and were not actually dinosaurs.They were some of their ancestors.
The concept of this demo is entirely based on them, with four songs about four different genera of thecodonts.
