URP is an underground label/distro/booking agency based in Türkiye. Founded in 2023 in Ankara, the capital of Turkey, URP set out with the mission of supporting local bands and continues on its path with a DIY ethos. It strives to engage with high-quality music across all genres, including extreme metal, grindcore, and hardcore punk. Founder Erkin Öztürk is an active musician who has played guitar and sung in bands such as Decimation, Molested Divinity, Rektal Tuşe, Meshum, and, in the past, Raven Woods. His other bands include Sunk Into Oblivion and Sacrosanct Thrones.
