Very likely my favorite Witnesses song, which is hard to say considering how robust and diverse the Witnesses discography is. Every so often a song is released, and every component, from the writing, arrangement, performances, and production all come together simply perfectly. This is one of those songs. Every element of this song is perfectly, emotionally performed, and the production breathes deep, rich life into every moment. A particular nod to the drum arrangements, which, despite the song being fairly pensive most of its runtime, are surprisingly groovy and offset the somber tone in a very pleasing, unexpected way.
