A Colossal Hand
I wished I was complacent I worshiped plastic grins And flag pins I did my part I trusted the path A happy drone In a suburban home I chased the light receding And I saw The fallen world It broke my heart And stole my humanity

The Last Good Days is an expression of anxiety, frustration, and futility in the face of ecological destruction. The EP title refers to the thought that eventually, each and every living thing experiences its last "good" moments before the agony of death. There is no guarantee that we will realize we are experiencing those fleeting last smiles until after they've already faded, and we take for granted every pleasant experience. The grand question is: when the bad times come, will you be satisfied with how you spent the good ones?
