Try to sit up but I can't Try to turn my head to see more but I can't Try to speak out for help but I am unable to I sense my doom I feel a presence just around the corner From my bedroom door It nears closer And I try to yell as loudly as before But nothing happens My cries are muted Sleep Paralysis a bleak analysis My body is bound down with muted cries As Death inches closer I am paralyzed My heart’s pounding out of my chest Muscles flexed I will not rest I await my grisly doom My eyes are screaming within this room I feel its aura slowly inching closer to be seen I'm pushing as hard as I can to scream with no effect What feels like an eternity passes by Sleep Paralysis a bleak analysis
