Waxlimbs (Toronto, Canada) – What started in 2010 as the solo project of songwriter/producer Lex Feathers, eventually evolved into a whirlwind collaboration with Paul Geldart on drums and synths, Will Jarvis on guitar and vocals and Olivia Cox on keys and vocals. Their music shifts between ghostly ballads and noise rock elements, all with a healthy dose of pop sensibility. Known for their explosive live show, theatrical masks and lights, their newest release is a dynamic, hypnotic boiling-over of a song, with smooth atmospherics and rhythm, and blistering bass and guitars.
