Negative Bliss is a 4-piece band from Essex County, New Jersey.

Formed in 2023; four friends with varying backgrounds in heavy music came together to combine those disparate influences to create a cathartic blend of post-metal, hardcore, and doom metal, with progressive blackened edges.
